Marcello Santucci
Principal · Project Manager
Marcello Santucci leads Universal Construction Services with more than 30 years of experience in residential construction, commercial development, and professional engineering. He is involved in every project from the first site visit through final walkthrough — one point of contact and one standard of quality throughout.
Marcello's background spans custom home building, large-scale renovations, structural engineering, and construction management. His hands-on approach and technical depth allow him to anticipate challenges, maintain schedules, and deliver finished work that meets the exacting standards his clients expect.
Before establishing Universal Construction Services, Marcello built his career working alongside his father at Alfredo Santucci Construction, a company with more than 50 years of history in New York construction. That foundation — honest work, quality materials, and personal accountability — remains the standard today.

A Family Legacy in Construction
The Santucci name has been synonymous with quality construction in New York for over half a century. Alfredo Santucci founded Alfredo Santucci Construction more than 50 years ago, building a reputation one project at a time through honest pricing, superior craftsmanship, and lasting relationships with homeowners across the region.
Today, Universal Construction Services carries that tradition forward with the added capability of professional engineering services, construction management expertise, and a commitment to the same values that built the family's reputation: do the work right, stand behind it, and treat every project as if it were your own home.
